20GP IGU Glass Container Loading Specification (Scheme 6 Zero-Error Final Audit): 12 Horizontal Dual-Layer Crates ('Heavy-Bottom, Light-Top') with 100% 24mm Thickness & Weight Closure

Following a first-principles physical audit across Schemes 1–6, Scheme 6 Final Audit eliminates all 5 legacy contradictions (50 panes in 880mm width, gross weight below net glass weight, and Row 3 height steps/overhangs). Establishes a 3×4 grid of 12 in-crate dual-layer horizontal crates (600 panes, 615.552 m², 15.70T net / 16.68T gross) where every upper compartment is smaller and lighter than its lower base and isolated by a 70×70mm LVL load-bypass beam.

To Foreign Trade Procurement Teams, Marine Surveyors & Factory Crating Crews:
After a rigorous first-principles audit of all previous versions (Schemes 1 through initial Scheme 6), we have eliminated all 5 physical and mathematical discrepancies (24mm thickness violations, gross weight < net glass weight in 50-pane rows, and the 60mm step / 400mm overhang in Row 3).

Scheme 6 (Zero-Error Final Audited Edition) organizes all 600 Low-E IGU panes ($615.552\text{ m}^2$, $15,696.8\text{ kg}$ net, $16,679.0\text{ kg}$ gross) into a clean 3 Columns × 4 Rows = 12 In-Crate Dual-Layer Horizontal Crates:

  1. 100% Horizontal Orientation: Every pane rests on its long edge (长边做底横放) for minimum center of gravity.
  2. In-Crate Dual-Layer (“Heavy-Bottom, Light-Top”) in 12/12 Crates: Every crate contains a lower compartment (larger, heavier glass) and an upper compartment (smaller, lighter glass).
  3. 100% Load Bypass via $70\times 70\text{ mm}$ LVL Shelf Beam: Upper glass weight transfers directly to the $80\times 80\text{ mm}$ LVL vertical corner posts ($0\text{ kg}$ pressure on lower glass).
  4. 100% 24mm Thickness & Weight Closure: 25-pane compartments = $600\text{ mm}$ net + $80\text{ mm}$ frame = $680\text{ mm}$ width; 20-pane compartments = $480\text{ mm}$ net + $80\text{ mm}$ frame = $560\text{ mm}$ width; 30-pane compartment = $720\text{ mm}$ net + $80\text{ mm}$ frame = $800\text{ mm}$ width.
